China Linda has over twenty years’ of experience working in leadership and organisational development as a coach and consultant across a wide range of commercial sectors and international contexts. She has passion and mission to evoke inner transformation and self-evolvement for business leaders and their team towards sustainable business and organizational excellence. Based on the OD theories and coaching practices, she developed a unique 4E transformational framework for leadership development and well-being in four dimensions: Energy, Engagement, Empowering and Evolvement. Linda serves multinational and Chinese companies in various industries. She integrates unconditional positive support, contextual & cultural insights, business acumen and strategic thinking in her coaching and consulting services. She inspires clients to have mindset shifts through deep level self-awareness. She also encourages them to create new perspectives and take immediate actions to make positive changes and generate optimized outcomes for both organizations and individuals. Being a scholar-practitioner, she started to pursue Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change at Fielding Graduate University in California of USA in 2014. Her research area is “growth out of adversity” for midlife executives. She lives in Shanghai, China. Beyond her work and study, she also writes articles in her Public WeChat Blog « 4E4U » since 2014. Her articles cover topics in leadership and coaching, career development, life long learning, midlife well-being, parenting and personal stories. In 2017, her first book 'Thinking of Midlife' was published in Chinese language.
