(United Kingdom) Aliyah is a facilitator and consultant in leadership and organisational development with experience working in private, public and not for profit sectors across the globe.  ​ Aliyah’s early career with Accenture was in talent and organisational performance consulting for large corporates. She focused on change management in large transformations, culture change and building leadership capability across geographies and industries including, Financial Services, Mining, Oil & Energy and the Development Sector. She then shifted her focus to mission driven organisations where she has designed and delivered transformative leadership programmes and built active communities for purpose driven individuals. Her work has been underpinned by a strong project management capability and a desire for innovation. ​ Aliyah has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BA in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick. She is an Acumen Global Fellow
