(United Kingdom) Laurence has over twenty years’ of experience working in leadership and organisational development as a coach and consultant across a wide range of commercial sectors and international contexts. Building on his early career experiences in operational risk, he has led a number of global organisational and leadership development initiatives as both an external and internal consultant. His most recent corporate role was as Director of Group Resourcing & Development for Prudential plc, where he was responsible for strengthening leadership capability and performance across the Group. He has extensive international experience, and has worked in over 25 countries across Europe, India, Asia and the United States. He trained as a coach and a coach supervisor with the Tavistock Institute and holds an MSc in the Psychodynamics of Human Development from the British Psychotherapy Foundation and an MBA from the University of Lancaster. He has also completed the Foundation in Group Analysis at the Institute of Group Analysis. He also works as a Practicum Coach Supervisor with the INSEAD Coaching and Consulting for Change Executive Master Degree Programme and is a member of the International Association of Jungian Studies. He has worked as a coach for over 15 years with leaders up to board level in a variety of industries and international contexts.
