JUNG’S MAP OF THE SOUL

A Jungian approach to leadership coaching

As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being.

C. G. Jung

Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst suggested that by developing a rich dialogue with our unconscious we can begin to discover our full potential. In Jungian Coaching, we create the opportunity for our clients to give their unconscious a voice and integrate its insight into their conscious lives.

This two day workshop will explore some fundamental principles of Jungian Psychology. It is intended for experienced coaches and development professionals seeking to deepen their practice and better support their clients.

SOUL OF A CITY: BERLIN

Exploring culture and place through psychology and symbol

To me, Berlin is as much a conceit as a reality. Why? Because the city is forever in the process of becoming, never being, and so lives more powerfully in the imagination.

Rory MacLean

Every city has a soul, a unique sense of place found in its physical spaces, its history, and its inhabitants.  We may think of this soul as culture.

This residential programme will draw upon on the principles of analytical psychology and psychogeography, to explore the soul of Berlin. We will work with theory and felt experience to observe and understand the culture and spaces of the city.

It is intended for anyone interested in exploring the psychology of culture and place, and the implications for the way we live and work.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPERVISION

Supervision provides a space to reflect upon the challenges of complex development work and develop new perspectives. It stimulates ongoing learning and provides emotional support through challenging client situations. It is an essential part of any development practice.

Our Supervision practice is led by Laurence Barrett. Laurence has trained at the Institute of Group Analysis and the Tavistock Institute (as a coach and coach supervisor), and holds an MSc in Analytical (Jungian) Psychology from the British Psychotherapy Foundation.

INDIVIDUAL

SUPERVISION

Individual supervision can take place on a face to face basis, or via Skype. It is bespoke to the individual so please drop us a line to discuss details.
