INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPERVISION
Even for seasoned practitioners, leading transformational change in human systems can be confusing and stressful
Supervision provides a space to reflect upon the challenges and dilemmas of complex development work
It stimulates new perspectives and ongoing learning, and provides emotional support
It is an essential part of any development practice
We provide supervision for experienced coaches, consultants and change leaders from around the world
Our Supervision practice is led by Laurence Barrett
Laurence has trained at the Institute of Group Analysis and the Tavistock Institute (as a coach and coach supervisor), and holds an MSc in Analytical (Jungian) Psychology from the British Psychotherapy Foundation, along with a Foundation Certificate in Group Analysis from the Institute of Group Analysis and the Foundation
He also runs similar groups as a Practicum Supervisor as part of the INSEAD Executive Masters in Change.

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION
In individual supervision you can explore any aspect of your practice as a coach, consultant or change leader
You may feel 'stuck' with a client, be faced with an ethical dilemma or have a theoretical question concerning the frameworks you are working with
You may simply need a sounding board for reflections and unresolved questions
Individual supervision is available on both an ad hoc and ongoing basis
Drop us a line to chat to one of our supervisors about what would work best for you

GROUP SUPERVISION
In group supervision, members bring case studies or dilemmas from their work, to be explored by the group, who may then share experiences, provide new perspectives and provoke new ways of working
The group will also reflect on its own dynamics throughout the process, supporting a live experience of group work and providing further opportunities for learning
Each group is composed of 3-4 members, potentially from across the world, and meets for 1 hour each month over a four month ‘term’, allowing each member to bring a case study to the group
At the end of each ‘term’ members may continue to work as a group for another ‘term’ and new members may join to replace leavers
Groups are run throughout the year, so drop us a line to find out more
